All Business Checking accounts consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account. The Bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts. If your Account is a Plan on which interest is paid, your interest calculation will remain the same. Otherwise, the savings sub account will be non interest bearing. The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts. This process will not affect your available balance, the interest you may earn, FDIC insurance protection, or your monthly statement.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Act of 2006 prohibits restricted transactions from being processed through your business account. Restricted transactions are transactions in which credits, funds, instruments or other proceeds are accepted from another person in connection with unlawful Internet gambling.

* To obtain the earnings allowance rate please call 1-800-273-6908. Earnings allowance can be used to offset monthly maintenance and transaction fees. If earnings allowance exceeds the monthly charges, there will be no service charges. Excess earnings allowance per month cannot be applied to the account to offset future fees.
